Should I stay in Seattle or Woodinville?

We recommend staying in Woodinville for at least the night of the wedding. We have two hotel room blocks booked in Redmond near our venue.

If you're considering a longer stay or want to be closer to the sights, you may opt to stay in Seattle for all or part of your trip. Get in touch with us directly for lodging recommendations - we're happy to assist!

What is the child policy?

We love your kids! But, due to capacity constraints at the venue, we will not be allowing children at our wedding.

What is the +1 policy?

Unless you are given permission, we are not allowing +1’s. We tried to be accommodating to everyone we know with a significant other, but if we missed someone please reach out.

Is the wedding outside?

Yes! Wear sunscreen! JM Cellars’ outdoor area is beautiful and will serve as the main space for both the ceremony and dinner. Some portions of the reception will be inside. In the event of severe rain, the entire event will take place inside.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire.

Should I rent a car?

Renting a car is convenient, but it is not strictly necessary in downtown Seattle or Woodinville. Seattle has ample bus and light rail options. Uber and Lyft are available in both areas and can get you from one to the other.

Does the venue have parking?

Yes, JM Cellars has parking, but there will be limited parking on the day of the event. We encourage people to carpool or use Uber/Lyft.

Will there be transport to the venue?

We will not have a shuttle to the venue. We encourage people to carpool or use Uber/Lyft.
